Monroe City Fire, Monroe City Police and MCA are on scene of a Two vehicle injury accident at North Telegraph and Lorain.

Police on scene are reporting that one vehicle is rolled over and two people are trapped inside.

All Northbound Lanes of Telegraph are closed.
